LifeWorks Nutrition and Living Series - Good Health for Busy People

Improve All Aspects of Your Life
Are you looking for a healthier, happier, body and mind? Would you like to lose weight and have more energy? Are you confused by all of the mixed messages about which foods are healthiest? Are you suffering from a health condition that could benefit from a change in diet?

If you responded “yes” to any of these questions, the LifeWorks Nutrition and Living Series could be the perfect answer. This group counseling program will give you the tools and knowledge you need to:

- Set and accomplish goals
- Explore new foods
- Understand and reduce cravings
- Increase energy
- Feel better in your body
- Improve personal relationships

Program Overview
The LifeWorks Nutrition and Living Series includes:

- A 3-month course featuring six unique 90-minute, bi-monthly sessions covering a variety of health-related topics
- Cooking ideas
- Email support between sessions
- Handouts and recipes, plus an organizational binder
- Food samples
- Self-care products

Because the series takes place in a group setting, you will also have continual peer support. Together, you will explore how diet, health and wellness can lead to a more satisfying and productive life.

The cost of the program is $350 for the entire 3-month course. Sign up by December 31, 2011 for a reduced cost of $325. Space is limited, and participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
